Hr generalist
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of Family Medical Leave and ADA regulations, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and an ethical mindset.
- This is a hybrid role with flexble hours 7-2:30 to 9:30-4:30/5
You will assist with recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR compliance. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws. They will also possess excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

salary: $65,000 - $68,000 per year

Responsibilities
• Maintains and manages accuracy of all job descriptions
• Compile weekly overtime reports for distribution
• Provide backup for distribution of FMLA forms
• Creates ID Badges/Transponders for new hires & all replacements
• File upkeep
• Own the entire Worker’s Compensation claims and work with vendor and employee
• Various inventory, administrative tasks for HR team
