United Solar, a leading Solar Sales Company, is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Solar Sales Regional Manager to join our team. As a Solar Sales Regional Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving sales activities in a specific region, ensuring revenue targets are met and exceeded.
You will also be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of Solar Sales Representatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solar sales, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in achieving sales goals.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets.
• Manage and mentor a team of Solar Sales Representatives, providing guidance and support to drive their success.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales initiatives.
• Monitor and report on regional sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
• Solar Sales experience required
• 2 years experience in Solar Sales preferred
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel within the region as required.
