As the Executive Working Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our culinary department, ensuring the highest quality of food production and service. You will lead a team of culinary professionals in delivering memorable dining experiences to our guests.
This role requires a hands-on approach, with the Executive Working Chef actively involved in menu development, food preparation, and kitchen management.

• Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team

• Knowledge of wine pairings and appreciation for wine culture is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure gracefully
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
