 •  Work with a market leader in behavioral services- Provide inpatient services support team guidance- Partner with Leadership and extended operations team for education & development, and mentorship which can lead to career advancement- Work with an experienced, dedicated and collaborative nursing staff focused on patient care- Provide support throughout the facility including multiple units of service- Join an experienced tenured team of nurses and leadership staffLeadership staff members all have been promoted through the organization up to their present level- Opportunity is supported by a very competitive benefits program including a focus on Wellness initiatives- Work at a beautiful suburban campus on the East Side of Providence, RICandidates for this role will be eligible for a $15,000 sign on bonus.Job Summary:The Assistant Nurse Manager provides assistance in various areas of the hospital including throughput, Patient Flow from the Inpatient Assessment Center (IAC)and the Inpatient Units, assisting Nurse Directors on Inpatient Units with various administrative tasks and staff oversight.Helps provide coverage for ANM in IAC, Nursing supervisor coverage and Nurse Director Coverage.Requirements:Education: must have a BSN or MSN preferredTraining and Experience: Current RN RI License with psychiatric nursing experience and experience in management preferred.Excellent written and oral communications kills, creative problem solving and demonstrated leadership ability.Schedule Information:- Full time position, 40 hours per week- Schedule: 2 pm
 •  10 30 pm OR others agreed upon rotation (mid shift and other optionsavailable) Mon
