JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Partner with our CRM Platforms Product Management team to design, develop and/or champion innovation with our Customer Relationship Management Platforms to provide new ways to delight our customers and deliver revenue for the company
Facilitate joint design sessions to refine experience requirements
Develop prototypes to gain alignment and acceptance
Deliver new solutions at scale to personalize expert experiences
Write user stories as part of an Agile project framework
Lead cross-functional teams to launch on time
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Solid knowledge and experience with Salesforce platform
Salesforce Admin certification required, Service Cloud certification preferred
Experience with Python, AWS Lambda, JavaScript, React, Java
Experience with Agile development and methodologies
