As a Sales Support Admin, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to enhance sales operations and facilitate effective communication within the organization. Your role will blend traditional sales support duties with administrative assistant responsibilities to ensure seamless coordination and support for our sales team and executives. Key responsibilities include:

  1.  Sales Support and Coordination:
 •  Assist with administrative tasks, including preparing sales reports, managing databases, and updating sales collateral.
 •  Coordinate sales meetings, conference calls, and appointments, ensuring all relevant parties are informed and prepared.
 •  Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to facilitate order processing, inquiries, and issue resolution.
 •  Prepare and distribute sales-related correspondence, presentations, and proposals as needed.
  2.  Executive Assistance:
 •  Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive leadership, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel logistics.
 •  Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and correspondence for executives, handling inquiries or redirecting as appropriate.
 •  Assist with the preparation of executive-level reports, presentations, and documents for internal and external meetings.
 •  Anticipate the needs of executives and proactively handle tasks to optimize their time and productivity.
  3.  Data Management and Analysis:
 •  Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline opportunities using CRM software.
 •  Generate sales performance reports, analyze data trends, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making by sales leadership.
 •  Assist in identifying areas for process improvement and implementing solutions to streamline sales operations.
  4.  Customer Relationship Management:
 •  Cultivate positive relationships with customers and key stakeholders through timely and professional communication.
 •  Coordinate customer meetings, presentations, and events, ensuring a high level of service and attention to detail.
 •  Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues or escalating to the appropriate team members as needed.
  5.  Project Management Support:
 •  Assist in the coordination and execution of sales-related projects and initiatives, tracking progress and ensuring deadlines are met.
 •  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development and implementation of sales strategies and campaigns.
 •  Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
 •  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
 •  Proven experience in sales administration and executive assistance roles, with a strong understanding of sales processes and procedures.
 •  Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
 •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels of the organization.
 •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
 •  Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
 •  Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
 •  Previous experience in a B2B sales environment or familiarity with sales terminology and concepts is a plus.
