 •  Project Locations: this position would focus on projects in greater Milwaukee but would occasionally do projects in Madison

Job Description
 •  Examine architectural, structural, mechanical, civil, electrical, and landscaping plans for accuracy, feasibility, alternative options, clashes, and dimensions.
 •  Validate Building Specification for material, subcontractor, and equipment requirements, while identifying potential conflicts within project documents.
 •  Supervise and organize the construction site, encompassing trailer setup, signage, material arrangement, vehicle entry, and temporary utility provisions.
 •  Establish an organized system for managing project plans, communication, correspondence, and subcontractor agreements.
 •  Implement safety protocols and relevant company initiatives to meet OSHA standards and ensure a secure work environment.
 •  Foster a positive client relationship, emphasizing critical path identification for meeting the owner's timeline expectations.
 •  Conduct regular project inspections, prioritizing owner's concerns and interests.
 •  Monitor labor productivity and promptly report any deviations from the original budget to the company.
 •  Calculate and analyze project material quantities based on construction documents, and communicate any deviations from budgeted quantities to the company.
 •  Execute the project's quality assurance program by thorough review, coordination, and implementation.
 •  Coordinate project layout and field conditions by reviewing and aligning shop drawings and construction documents across various disciplines.
 •  Oversee project punchlist completion across all disciplines to meet the requirements for obtaining a certificate of occupancy.

The Successful Applicant
 •  8+ years of construction experience, preferably in multifamily construction, with a focus on rough carpentry, finish carpentry, and concrete work.
 •  College education is a beneficial asset.
 •  Proficiency in all facets of construction, including technology, equipment, and methods.
 •  Familiarity with the local market is advantageous.
 •  Demonstrated strong leadership and management abilities, with a track record of meeting project schedules.
 •  Skill in identifying, investigating, and quantifying project issues, along with assessing alternative solutions and their outcomes.
 •  Effective verbal and written communication skills, fostering positive interactions with colleagues and clients.
 •  Proficient in using construction management software such as Procore, Timberline, Bluebeam, CMiC, PlanGrid, Textura, and Field ID.
 •  Proficient in using internet resources and Microsoft Office 365.
