Marketing Assistant
We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Marketing Assistant in Overland Park, Kansas. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, event planning, and campaign design.
This role involves various daily tasks that keep the marketing department functioning smoothly, providing you with exposure to both the creative and logistical sides of marketing.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns
• Manage and update the marketing calendar and assist with event planning and execution
• Provide instrumental support in campaign design and project management
• Drive internal coordination to align our internal marketing efforts
• Actively participate in external marketing initiatives
• Collaborate in occasional brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh ideas and viewpoints
• Assist in creating in-office social media content that aligns with overall brand messaging and campaign objectives
• Oversee marketing inventory
• Utilize skills such as Advertisements, Brand Awareness, Brochures, Campaign Planning, Customer Service, Microsoft Office Suites, and Consumer Marketing. • Proficiency in creating, managing, and evaluating advertisements.
• Demonstrable experience in building and maintaining brand awareness.
• Ability to design and produce brochures and other promotional materials.
• Experience in campaign planning, including the ability to develop, implement, and track marketing campaigns.
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to understand and address customer needs effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience in consumer marketing, with the ability to develop strategies that target consumers effectively.
