Lead solution presentations and engage in technical discussions with clients to address their concerns and provide clarifications.
Work closely with the engineering team to oversee the implementation of solutions, ensuring adherence to design specifications.
Provide ongoing technical support to clients, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and offer continuous improvement recommendations.
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to Microsoft Azure and cloud computing.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or similar role within an MSP or IT consulting environment.
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, and cloud technologies.
In-depth expertise in designing and implementing solutions using Microsoft Azure services and solutions.
Familiarity with other cloud platforms, such as AWS or Google Cloud, is highly desirable.
Solid understanding of software development lifecycles, application architectures, and integration methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical challenges and propose effective solutions.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, MCSE: Cloud Platform and Infrastructure, or similar, are highly advantageous.
