Position is Hybrid and required to report onsite 2x a week Mon

-Fri 8a-5p (in office Tue-Thrs just two of those days) Project role through the end of the year with the potential to be extended.
Team is small and would be working with team as well as independently.
This candidate will be hired to do extensive research using electronic and hard copy databases to search for details about former employees' potential pension benefits.
This person will also be required to search for contact information for people deemed to be owed a pension benefit.
Pension and 401(k) Specialist Unilever NA Retirement Description: This is a temporary role to support historical research and process improvements in Unilever’s North American Retirement team.
The scope of the role includes researching historical pension data, comparing data between multiple vendors, assisting with audit requests and assisting in payroll improvement processes.
The role is based in Englewood Cliffs, NJ but will allow for hybrid work (2-3 days in office per week), and is expected to last 9 months, with potential opportunity to extend beyond 9 months.

Required Skills:
 •  2-3 years of experience in 401(k) and Defined Benefit Pension administration
 •  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel Expertise in VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables is required.
 •  Ability to compare and reconcile data between several sources
 •  Excellent research skills
 •  Organized and highly flexible
 •  Ability to work independently Preferred Skills:
 •  Experience in 401(k) payroll processing
 •  Experience with Fidelity’s PSW system (preferred but not required)
