They have a large pipeline of work and are looking to bring on an experienced Superintendent who can help them in successfully managing these projects from pre-construction to completion.

Job Description
 •  The Project Superintendent will provide supervision for the complete daily operation of the project. The Superintendent is responsible for interfacing with owners, architects, the city and subcontractors from the beginning phases of construction through turnover and closeout.The main focus is to manage the schedule, quality and safety in order to keep the project moving forward quickly and efficiently.
 •  Daily responsibility as the Project Superintendent include:
 •  Overall job site safety
 •  Quality assurance and quality control
 •  Project planning
 •  Document control
 •  Cost management

The Successful Applicant
 •  BS in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
 •  Experience with large healthcare or commercial projects
 •  Min 5 years of experience within the construction industry
 •  Have a proven track record of effectively and efficiently managing job sites
 •  A great positive attitude and strong management ability
