Job Description
The Development Analyst - Renewable Energy will be responsible for:
• Shadowing and assisting the VP of Development
• Follow up to make sure deadlines are met on development activities
• Monitoring and tracking landowner communication and outreach
• Assist 3rd party consultants to prepare and submit permits
• Maintaining a strong understanding of the regulatory and policy environments for assigned markets
• Support executive team as needed

The Successful Applicant
The Development Analyst - Renewable Energy will have
• Impeccable attention to detail
• High energy, responds well to pressure
• Ability to work well within a team
• Some prior knowledge of ARC GIS and Google Earth is preferred
• Bachelor's degree is required
• Located in or willing to relocate to Richmond, Virginia (relocation assistance offered)
What's on Offer

$55,000 - $75,000 base salary
