We are looking for a Cloud Engineer to join our IT team! This role will consist of managing and maintaining all technical architecture and areas within the IT organization, along with providing Tier 1-2 technical support. The right person for this position will have 7 years of experience architecting, designing, developing, and implementing cloud solutions on AWS platforms, experience with Office365 Administrative Centers, and intermediate knowledge of PowerShell, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Hyper-V.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain ALL aspects of our Technical Architecture.
Microsoft Cloud Azure, Dynamics 365 ERP, Data Lake and other parts of the Microsoft Technical Architecture, LAN, WAN, Help Desk.
Manage other technical Architects, Database, Environment Management, etc.
Ability to Manage other areas within the IT organization.
Diagramming All aspects of our Technical Architecture - Hardware, Software, Telecommunications, etc.
Analyze problems and recommend solutions.
Understanding of EDI.
Able to provide Tier 1-2 technical support to 100+ users.
Configure and manage new user and termination requests using Office365.
Analyze existing IT systems and provide updates to increase productivity.
Maintain all workstations, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and servers. Able to design online apps using SharePoint, Power Automate, and PowerApps.
Manage, maintain, and configure firewalls (SonicWall and FortiGate).
Troubleshoot incidents, identify root cause, fix, and document problems, and implement preventive measures.
Educate teams on the implementation of new cloud-based initiatives, providing associated training as required.
Employ exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to see and solve issues before they affect business productivity.
Oversee MSP to ensure their assigned tasks are clearly communicated and deliverables are met.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in computer science, information technology, or mathematics.
MBA desirable.
7 years of experience architecting, designing, developing, and implementing cloud solutions on AWS platforms.
Experience with Microsoft D365, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and VOIP Solutions.
Certifications in CCNA, AWS, ACER Cloud Computing, MCSA, CompTIA, GPL and NTFS are preferred.
Intermediate knowledge of PowerShell, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Hyper-V.
Experience with Office365 Administrative Centers.
A CLOSER ability to complete projects on time and under budget and exceed expectations.
PROPROSE SOLUTIONS, FACILITATION SKILLS, PROGRAMMING SKILLS.
Understanding of and experience with the five pillars of a well-architected frameworks.
Experience in several of the following areas: database architecture, ETL, business intelligence, big data, machine learning, advanced analytics.
Proven ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams of business analysts, developers, data scientists, and subject matter experts.
Ability to act as a project manager for MSP s.
Ability to perform account audits on security access documentation for legal team upon request.
Work with Windows Server 2008-2022.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Presentation skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
