We have an excellent opportunity for a motivated Customer Success Specialist! Are you a customer service professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about optimizing client experiences and elevating customer relationships?
Then we have the position for you. This role involves managing customer relationships, working in a high-volume environment, and helping maximize the customer experience to help drive loyalty and increase revenue.
Your responsibilities
• Aid in customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty
• Train/coach customer-facing staff to improve customer service and loyalty
• Design, measure, and analyze customer success metrics
• Brainstorm and implement methodologies to improve the customer experience
• Provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment via phone and/or email correspondence
• Dive into complex issues and problems - Strong interpersonal, analytical, and research skills
• Prior customer success or call-center experience, preferably in a fast-paced & high-volume environment
• Proven knowledge and familiarity with call-tracking and being held accountable to KPIs
• Strong computer skills including knowledge and experience with customer relationship management software (CRM)
• Excellent business writing skills, including the use of email correspondence
