Finance Director
This position is directly involved in long term strategy and financial planning as well as managing day-to-day financial operations. Working closely with the President to shape the company’s finances and optimizing the performance and profitability.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for company internal control system and risk management.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures relating to accounting, financial management, budgeting and periodic forecasting.
• Directs the preparation of all financial statements, analyses and reports.
• Coordinate the internal and external audits.
• Responsible for company legal issues and compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Manage and train finance/ accounting team.
The ideal candidate will have:
• Experience: 10+ years experience in accounting/finance area with at least 7 years experience in management role with an international company.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance/ accounting field.
• Qualification: CPA or other equivalent public accountancy qualification.
