National Senior Sales Manager
Our client is a leading provider of consumer, business-to-business, and industrial digital imaging solutions to the United States, Latin America, and the Caribbean markets.
They are currently seeking a National Senior Account Sales Manager, with 4 direct reports, responsible for managing all imaging products within the National Accounts Sales Group.
Main Responsibilities
Provide clear direction, support, and daily management of NA Account Executives to ensure that all goals are achieved.
Collaborate with Senior Management to develop channel strategies and processes to expand their National Account business within both established and new partners.
Attain monthly sales revenue and quota
Work across teams/departments to maximize synergies within the organization, manage group deadlines, goals, and budgets
Lead, manage, motivate, and support each team member to help them achieve their respective monthly quotas
Develop and implement programs to drive sales and increase market share
Define strategies to increase sales with key decision makers in assigned accounts
Main Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required
8+ years of overall related experience along with 3 years of direct report management of regular full-time employees
Experience in Sales Management and knowledge of National Accounts
Sales experience into national big box retailers is required
In depth process knowledge to manage National Accounts effectively and efficiently
Ability to lead others through change and can manage through resistance
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced, changing environment
Analytical approach in identifying opportunities
Strong negotiation skills
Proven experience in managing, motivating, and training a sales team
This position works remotely from a home office located near a major metropolitan city/airport and requires overnight travel to support our National Account partners
Ability to travel up to 50% nationwide
Individual must possess a clean valid state driver's license to obtain the position
