This role is responsible for supporting key redistribution & multi-unit accounts by identifying the needs of clients, fielding requests, and responding with the utmost level of professionalism, accuracy, and sense of urgency. Assists the National Sales Manager with overall sales operations and project management.

Position Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

 •  Manages all assigned accounts to ensure quality standards and business development activities are fulfilled; follows up on and prioritizes customer needs/requests
 •  Prioritizes assigned tasks and manages multiple projects at a time
 •  Aids with general customer check-ins and site visits
 •  Composes marketing campaigns copy as related to Intermix sales goals
 •  Upholds preventative maintenance contracts and communication for equipment customers
 •  Maintains and updates account paperwork such as new account onboarding and customer order guides
 •  Assist with management of redistribution price list, overseeing price change communication
 •  Obtain data necessary for new products, such as special order items
 •  Assist in new product launches to existing account base
 •  Records and maintains assigned accounts and prospect information and opportunities within company CRM

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
 •  Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in the coffee and/or foodservice industry preferred.
 •  Valid driver's license with the ability to be insured
 •  Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and co-workers
 •  Strong oral and written communication skills
 •  Demonstrated time management skills required
 •  Analytical and problem-solving abilities
 •  Self-motivated; ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and deadlines
 •  Strong computer aptitude, including expertise with Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, and Sheets), Microsoft Excel and Word required; knowledge of CRM software is preferred

Preferred Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
 •  4 year degree
 •  Familiarity with NetSuite
 •  Basic knowledge of general accounting principles
