Job Description

The Assistant General Manager is responsible for leading, educating, motivating, and energizing staff to be the best of the best by delivering exceptional and unforgettable dining experience to every guest every time. Ensuring service is maintained at the utmost of quality levels through proper execution of the sequence of service and high energy.

Maintain the overall vision - business and marketing objectives in accordance with Wynn's Food & Beverage Leaders.

Develop risk management and migration strategies. Maintain all Property mandates. Update and track daily reports.

Manage, lead, mentor staff. Represent Wynn Resorts in investigating, answering, and settling grievances with staff and guest.

Analyze staffing requirements, develop operation plans, and assess opportunities for future growth. Responsible for team performance - moral, productivity, energy.

Demonstrates a positive example and outlook for staff to follow each day.
