ViaSun Corporation is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Foreman/Superintendent to oversee and manage our construction projects. As a Civil Foreman/Superintendent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of projects, managing resources, and ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Supervising and leading a team of construction workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Managing project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and promoting a safe working environment at all times.
Monitoring and inspecting work progress to identify any issues or deviations from plans.
Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any project-related challenges.
Interpreting and implementing project plans, specifications, and blueprints.
Coordinating and scheduling the delivery of materials and equipment to the construction site.
Preparing and submitting progress reports, daily logs, and other project documentation.
To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Civil Foreman or Superintendent in the construction industry. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential. A solid understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and the ability to interpret project plans are also required.
