Quality Management Data Steward
Should Understand Quality Data, Confirming and Validation data, Data monitoring, Should be able to solve the problems related to data, etc.,
Candidates should have minimum 2-3 years of experience in Manufacturing background.
During Peak, candidates should open to travel to various locations around the state.
Should have excellent knowledge of Excel, Spreadsheet, excel formulae s, Good communication skills, SAP, etc.,
This is primarily on site with oppty to work a few days remote. The location is Alpharetta, GA. The Quality Management Data Steward is a key member of the Vista Manufacturing Execution team, The Data Steward will act as a subject matter expert for all Quality Management S/4HANA Modules related data, providing insights, focus, and direction to project resources and business SMEs regarding data identification, gathering, cleansing, loading and validation.
They will coordinate and collaborate with other internal and external business partners, as required, to ensure data flows seamlessly between S/4HANA and other integrated systems (STIBO, Rapid Response, ARIBA, etc...).
Quality Management Module includes data & functions such as:
" Material Master, Inspection Characteristics, Batch Characteristics, etc...
" Usage Decisions, Quality Notifications, Batch Management, etc...
This role will travel approximately 20% with the highest levels during implementation. This role is open to the Alpharetta location, Other Hub Locations, and remote locations.
Requirements:" Work with your Scrum Team to identify functional requirements, improvement opportunities, and apply the latest S/4HANA functionality to create a solution that meets current requirements, addresses opportunities, and provides a best practice platform for future, continuous improvements.
" Identify, gather, evaluate, enhance, load, validate, and curate ME related data across all ME Sub-process data domains, especially: Quality Management.
" Identify all necessary transaction codes, Fiori Apps, Reports, business roles, and control points. Facilitate role building, testing and business role mapping to end users.
" Support system testing by reviewing test scenarios, unit and SIT results, provide direct testing support, facilitate user acceptance testing, and work with technical team to address issues.
" Support the training and change management teams develop to deliver a robust and comprehensive plan covering staffing, communication, and training of impacted users, managers and stakeholders.
" Utilize Jira to plan our work and track our progress against identified deliverables including: RIECFWs, EPICS, and User Stories.
Required Skills and Abilities
" Proficiency with SAP or S/4HANA Quality Management Module and Data Management
" Skilled at working with SAP data tables.
" 2 years of experience working with SAP, S/4HANA or similar ERP with Quality Management Data including specifications and other documents from PLM, Zontec, Intelex, Master Control, etc...
" Experience reviewing, manipulating and transforming data using Excel.
" Experience with Microsoft office (Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, Sharepoint)
P referred Skills and Abilities
" Experience with S/4HANA Manufacturing Executions Processes, specifically QM
" Knowledge of project management and scaled Agile methodologies and tools (i.e. JIRA, ProMapp, etc...)
" Effective communication skills in formal and informal settings using both written and verbal communication skills.
" Very strong at effectively prioritizing and executing tasks, even while under pressure.
" Ability to leverage functional/technical expertise to get results.
" Experience working in IT and Client industry.
" Adaptable and Flexible: Able to recognize the need for change and to initiate the change process
