The company provides expert local lawn care services in Central Texas to Austin and Greater Austin areas. They are looking for an Estimator with Sales capabilities to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. The Estimator will follow up on customer leads, price projects, and sell potential customers when presenting their estimates.
They are looking for an organized individual with the ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environment and work with clients as well as the operations manager and landscape designer to create accurate estimates.
Responsibilities:
Evaluating customer needs and building productive long-lasting relationships
Meet personal and team sales targets
Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads.
Meeting with potential and existing customers to present sales proposals, inform them of service benefits and features,
Recording clear instructions for estimates.

Lead with actions, manage clients, hold self/others accountable

Must possess the ability to:

Know or can learn estimating software
