Qualifications:
Proven experience of 5 years in business development and sales within the IT staffing industry.
Track record of signing new clients and generated Sales and Business Revenue.
In-depth knowledge of the IT and non IT staffing market, including current trends, technologies, and industry players.
Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
