We are offering an opportunity for a Staff Accountant to join our team, based in Burnsville, Minnesota. The role primarily involves traditional corporate accounting tasks within the telecom provider industry. The successful candidate will be entrusted with a variety of responsibilities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, general ledger maintenance, and journal entries.
Responsibilities:
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable duties efficiently
• Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure financial records are accurate
• Maintain the general ledger, ensuring all entries are accurate and up-to-date
• Prepare and post journal entries as part of the month-end close process
• Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues relating to the accounts
• Adhere to financial policies, procedures and regulatory guidelines
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements
