Overview :
Are you passionate about technology and looking for an opportunity to work on cutting-edge network systems? We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on the implementation and sustainment of a diverse range of network equipment, including switches, routers, firewalls, load balancers, and network management tools, in a datacenter environment.
Key Certifications:
• CompTIA Security+ or equivalent IAT II Baseline certification.
• Computing Environment (CE) Certification Professional Level or higher (e.g., Cisco CCNP, Juniper, Palo Alto, F5).
Position Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years in Network Engineering.
• Proven experience in configuring and maintaining switches, routers, firewalls, load balancers, and network management tools.
• Proficient in network management, analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Strong experience in Data Center Management.
• Capability to mentor and train junior team members.
• Outstanding interpersonal, teamwork, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Knowledge of implementing and maintaining security management strategies (DISA STIGs experience is a plus).
• Experience in developing project documentation including SOPs, project plans, and network diagrams.
Desired Skills:
• Extensive experience with switch management.
• Familiarity with Cisco Nexus (7K, 5K, 2K), Cisco Catalyst lines, Palo Alto firewalls, Cisco ACI, and F5 load balancers.
• Proficiency in Ansible, Python, and network automation/scripting.
• Experience working with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Private) and in DevSecOps settings.
