At Your Green Package, the Cannabis Logistics Dispatcher is primarily responsible for a wide range of activities relating to coordinating the safe delivery of orders and providing excellent customer service. The dispatcher will maintain consistent communication with the delivery & distribution team, ensuring quality, and time-efficient arrival of products at the consumers’ homes and retailers.
This role is a hybrid role but a candidates that is able to come into the office is preferred.
The Delivery Coordinator role also includes, but is not limited to:
• Respond to any issues that may arise on the road & coordinate with proper authorities
• Monitor the route of driving teams & prioritize their daily schedule
• Secure delivery services with signal checks as required during each route
• Record signals accurately across multiple excel tabs and documents
• Receive signals and communicate with drivers to ensure timely arrivals and deliveries
