The Marketing Coordinator will develop and communicate the company’s culture, and brand to existing and prospective clients and employees through strategic use of promotional products.

Basic Qualifications - Required:

 •  At least 18 years of age.
 •  High school diploma or equivalent.
 •  S. citizen or alien authorized to work in the United States.
 •  Able to work before 8 AM, after 5 PM, and/or on weekends.
 •  Driving history meets company requirements (if applicable).
 •  Read, speak, and comprehend English.

Required Skills:

 •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills that may include public speaking and presentations.

 •  Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
 •  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education and Experience:

 •  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
 •  Two plus years of related experience writing and editing projects; a portfolio of relevant previous projects is highly preferred.

Required Competencies:

 •  Collaborates with district managers, and sales or marketing representatives to fully understand product and communication needs.
 •  Conduct market research, assess competitor landscape, identify consumer trends, and analyze campaign results to guide communications objectives.
 •  Drafts and proposes communications campaigns, which may include social and online media, print media, direct mail, and other multimedia.
 •  Presents design ideas and recommendations to the marketing manager/agency, committee, or sales team.
 •  Schedules and develops film scripts and production.
 •  Evaluate the success of campaigns when completed.
 •  Attends trade shows and community fairs and staffs the company booth.
 •  Review agency reports.
 •  Receive vendor invoices and compare them to budget and approve.
 •  Communicate to agency.
 •  Work with the agency annually on coming year goals/objectives/strategies.
 •  Assist in creating and managing marketing budgets.
 •  Approve and coordinate vendor payments with accounting for timely payment.
 •  Plan and facilitate internal culture-building activities including contests and giveaways.
 •  Prepare and disseminate monthly and quarterly internal communications.
 •  Manage and keep a calendar of PR/media opportunities.
 •  Coordinate off-site meetings and events.
 •  Performs other duties as assigned.
