This individual must have a genuine passion and curiosity for all things HR. In this role, you will help ARCO maintain compliance and achieve business and HR objectives in the areas of onboarding, engagement, performance management, training, development, and employee retention, in addition to supporting the development, communication, and implementation of new HR programs.

A DAY IN THE LIFE:

 •  Develop and foster strong relationships with ARCO associates and business leaders working in the offices under your dedicated span of care
 •  Build trust and credibility by handling associate and business leader queries in a timely and professional manner
 •  As ARCO continues to grow its workforce, coordinate with Talent Acquisition (TA) team members and reinforce talent acquisition initiatives as needed
 •  Manage end-to-end new associate onboarding and orientation for full-time hires
 •  Engage with associates, other HR and/or business services team members, and business leaders in outreach programs throughout the employment lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement, benefits, performance management coaching, compliance (e.g., ADA, leave management, policy interpretation, immigration, etc.), employee retention, offboarding, etc.
 •  Perform 1-week, 30-day, and 90-day new hire and tri-annual check-ins with ARCO associates working in the offices under your dedicated span of care
 •  Collaborate with HRG team to create and publish quarterly newsletter
 •  Work closely with the HR Business Partner (HRBP) with communication, implementation, and coordination of talent management initiatives and associate development programs
 •  Coordinate with Learning and Development (L&D) team members to support ARCO’s learning and development initiatives, including training activities and events, as needed
 •  In coordination with business leaders, manage the recognition and retention and engagement programs for ARCO associates working in the offices under your dedicated span of
 •  Support and manage the performance management cycle in Mesh
 •  Manage end-to-end associate offboarding for full-time hires
 •  Position requires regular travel (roughly 25%) to support ARCO associates working in the offices under your dedicated span of care
 •  Contribute to projects as assigned

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS:

 •  Bachelor's Degree required, Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business, Communication, or related field preferred
 •  4-7 years of Human Resources Experience
 •  HR orientation/onboarding experience strongly preferred
 •  Associate relations experience strongly preferred
 •  Performance management experience strongly preferred
 •  Proficiency in Spanish (intermediate or advanced)
 •  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
 •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 •  Excellent interpersonal, influencing, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
 •  Excellent prioritization, collaboration, and time management skills and a proven ability to meet deadlines.
 •  Excellent computer skills; Must be proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
 •  Ability to travel when needed
 •  Experience with UKG HRIS System a plus
 •  Is positive, upbeat, and has fun
