Morning shift 6:009m:6:00am,3 days on, 2 days off / 2 days on 3 days off
Compensation: 39.00:45.00 hourly based on experience
TheMaintenance Technicianis responsible for:
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining and improving process equipment in order to support the production team. The Electro:Mechanical Maintenance Technician will also be responsible for working with the maintenance team to improve existing processes and repair techniques.
Day:to:day, you can findyourselfworking on:
• Conducts themselves in a safe and courteous manner in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Identifies, troubleshoots, and resolves equipment failures.
• Performs preventive maintenance routines.
• Performs site specific checks of facility systems.
• Efficiently communicates plant issues in a timely manner.
• Manage work orders with CMMS System.
• Works responsibly to find long term value:added solutions
• Other responsibilities and projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma.
Experience: 5+ years in a manufacturing environment, 5+ years of electro:mechanical experience, knowledge of food processing or packaging.
Specific skills: Ability to work safety and effectively with minimal supervision.
Equipment and Machinery: Knowledge of electrical wiring, controls, plc, knowledge of mechanical systems including bearings, shafts, rollers, pneumatics.
Computer Experience and Software: Experience with Allen Bradley Logix/Studio 5000
