Accounts Receivable Supervisor/Manager
Very detail oriented and hands on.
• Review Bank statements and reconcile with customer payments remittance to process payment applications in the system.
• Identify skip invoices and communicate to the customer in a timely fashion for payment.
• Identify short payments and escalate to different departments for assistance to document and present claims in customers portal.
• Monitor customer aging.
• Communicate with customers (supermarkets chains and independents).
• Interact with different departments in the organization as accounting, warehouse, sales, pricing among others.
• Ability to work in high volume experience our business is mostly DSD.
• Supervise a team of 4 people.
Qualifications:
• 10 or more years of experience in wholesale / retail is a must.
• At least 5 years Account Receivables experience in a supervisor level.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Bilingual – English / Spanish.
Experience working with integrated systems ERP. Accounts Receivable (AR), Retail Wholesale, Approve Credit, Collections - Consumer, High-Volume Invoicing
