About Client:

The client provides information technology (IT) services, including business outsourcing, infrastructure technology, and application services. The application service offered by the company includes application development, maintenance, and support.
The markets served by the company are financial services and insurance, healthcare, manufacturing, government, transportation, communications, and consumer and retail industries.

Salary Range: $80K-$85K/Annum

Job Description:

Responsibilities

Inspire and lead the creative team with manager’s support but not authority.

Take accountability for the successful delivery of all creative projects and assets.

Define and provide clarity on project scope in terms of goals, deadlines and deliverables.

Gather all requirements for each project and necessary assets/inputs/documents needed to build creative projects.

Review asset requests to determine feasibility of creative team support, as well as fit with team strategy and mission.

Manage communications with key stakeholders and executives, especially for large, multi-asset/multi-creative work supporting product launches.

Track status of projects in Smartsheet’s tracking tool.

Assist with product positioning and key messaging.

Provide feedback, coaching and support to creatives.

Ensure project quality by driving consistent standards in visual design across the team and proofreading creative projects for accuracy and consistency.

Support the Creative Team manager and Creative leads in assigning projects and allocating resources.

Lead creative workshops to review and update processes, visual standards or gather ideas for improvement.

Write creative briefs when needed to outline the approach and the deliverables for a creative project.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, design or equivalent combination of education and experience

3+ years of experience in managing creative projects.
  2.  3 years of firsthand experience in creative development and/or graphic design.

Record of delivering creative projects on time with quality and value (with an ability to modify scope).

Familiarity with creative programs and applications, including the Adobe Creative Cloud suite of products.

Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint.

Strong organizational and communication skills (both oral and written).

Strong proofreading skills.

Detail-oriented and process minded.

Must be proactive.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with a geographically dispersed team.

Familiarity with Smartsheet’s and SharePoint.

Ability to work on site periodically in our Spring, Houston Office.
