Key Responsibilities:-Utilize your deep understanding of construction trades to identify and attract qualified candidates for various roles within the industry.-Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and overall fit for specific job roles.-Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.-Collaborate with hiring managers to understand detailed job requirements and the qualifications needed.-Manage the full recruitment process, from posting job ads to various platforms to finalizing hires.-Implement creative recruiting strategies to source the best candidates, including the use of social media, job boards, and industry-specific forums.-Provide a smooth and professional candidate experience, ensuring timely communication throughout the recruitment cycle.-Maintain detailed records of recruiting activities and candidates' progress using recruitment software.
