Customer Success Specialist
Our client located near Parsippany New Jersey has a great opportunity for a Customer Success Specialist to join their expanding office. This opportunity is open due to growth! The Customer Success Specialist will be responsible for:
• Streamlining the process of onboarding new clients
• Assist customers in all account related activities
• Reviewing and opening new customer accounts and updating existing accounts
• Problem solving in regards to account maintenance
• Maintaining accurate logs of paperwork and client information
• Researching and handling any issues or discrepancies
• Data entry of customer/client information
• Answering all client onboarding questions and/or concerns
• Handling all account opening paperwork
• Work as a liaison between reps and advisors in regards to all back office work
Candidates applying to this position are required to have the follow:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience in a private client group, banking, or wealth management
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
3. 5 years of experience in “white glove” / high level customer support
