Job Description
Role: Senior .NET Developer
Location: Whitehouse station, New Jersey
Hire Type: Contract
Senior developer having experience in Microsoft, Visual Studio, .NET, Web API & SQL/SSIS.
Technical Skills: .Net Programming-C, WCF, ASP.NET MVC, Ansi SQL & SSIS
Should have good communication skills and should be able to work with end to end ownership. Should have 6-8 years of project experience.
Provides technical advice and guidance to other software developers, proactively and reactively.
Provides quality assurance of work relating to own area of technical expertise.
Carries out impact assessment of complex changes to existing applications.
Able to deliver code that meets Group standards, guidelines and quality gates for given technology.
Will ensure all code is thoroughly tested to ensure any issues are identified as early as possible, working closely with the test team.
Will ensure technical solutions are safely implemented to production environment(s) without impact to internal or external customers.
Encourages close collaboration with other disciplines within the team, particularly infrastructure teams.
Top 3 skillsets needed for the role -
1. ASP.Net, WebAPI, MVCz, WCF
2. SQL
3. SSIS
