You will be gathering information, connecting with multiple touchpoints, analyzing the gathered information, documenting the findings with supporting facts, putting together action plans, and following them through. It is a great opportunity for the professional who has a minimum of 4 years of California Workers' Compensation Claims Representative experience and is looking for a 3-month plus work-from-home consulting opportunity.
salary: $40 - $46.43 per hour

Responsibilities
Support the Workers' Compensation Claims Department dedicated to issuing timely, accurate benefit payments to customers and channel partners. You must have a minimum of 4 years of California Worker's Compensation Claims experience; ideally, you will also possess your Claims Adjuster CA certification.
Accountabilities include:
• Reviewing and processing complicated workers' compensation claims
• Handling the high exposure claims involving litigation and rehabilitation action
• Researching and analyzing legal information and facts gathered
• Monitoring the course of claims investigations and utilizing resources to reach claim decisions
