Our client, a leading full-service law firm located in the Boulder area is looking for a 4 plus years Employment Law Attorney that has experience in a broad range of employment law matters, including, but not limited to, employment policy and contract drafting, researching, and answering questions on day-to-day employment issues, lawsuit discovery, and motions & brief drafting.
Attorneys should have significant litigation experience and must have excellent academic credentials and strong communication skills. The ideal associate candidate will have 4 plus years of solid complex employment law experience, including employment law counseling, and litigation support.

• Quality experience with employer employment law
• Good understanding of Labor Employee Relations
• Practical knowledge of Counseling Employees
• Proven knowledge of Employment tax
• Employee employment law experience
• Foundational knowledge in Federal Employment Law
• Wide ranging experience with employee relations
• Earlier work involving Employment Litigation
• Applicable Employment Law experience required
• Solid understanding of employment law
• General familiarity with Employee Assistance
• Well-founded grasp of Employment Policies
• Local Employment Law experience highly desired
• Above-average academic credentials and references
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively throughout all levels of the company
• Attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement
• Must possess analytical, legal research and writing skills
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment, to prioritize tasks and adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent through each task performed
• Licensed attorney with 5+ years of experience
