Mindex seeks a Receptionist to join our growing team. This person is responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to management and fostering a positive experience for visitors and clients. This position is part-time, 20 hours per week, Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m.-1 p.m.

Essential Functions

Greet visitors and guests, determine the nature and purpose of the visit, and direct them to their destinations.

Schedule meetings and coordinate lunches.

Monitor and maintain all inventory including office supplies, food and beverages, and client and employee appreciation gifts.

Assist in managing facilities including partnering with external service providers like maintenance, cleaning, security, and external property management, etc.

Assist with event planning including ordering decor, catering, entertainment, guest lists, transportation, venue preparation, and guest requirements.

Perform general administrative support tasks.

Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or a combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.

Office management, administrative, or assistant experience preferred.

Ability to work both independently and as part of the team.

Outstanding time management, organizational skills, and reliability.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, often changing office environment.

Exceptional multitasking skills to manage many projects independently and consistently.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

The band range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, education, experience, training, certifications, internal equity, and other business and organizational needs.
It is not typical for an individual to be hired at, or near, the top of the range for their role; and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The range for this role is $19.00/hour - $29.00/hour.
