 •  Collaborate closely with attorneys and other legal professionals to support complex and commercial litigation cases from inception to resolution.
 •  Perform substantive paralegal duties, including but not limited to trial attendance, brief drafting, cite-checking following the blue book guidelines, and conducting comprehensive discovery tasks.

If you're ready to take on a leadership role where you can make a significant impact while continuing to enhance your own legal expertise, we encourage you to apply for the Paralegal Manager position. Join our team and become an integral part of our commitment to delivering exceptional legal services to our clients.

 •  At least 6 years of hands-on experience in complex and commercial litigation, with a proven track record of contributing to case strategy, drafting legal documents, and supporting trial proceedings.
 •  Strong understanding of legal research methodologies, discovery processes, and court procedures.
 •  Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
 •  Proficiency in legal software and technology tools relevant to paralegal functions.
 •  Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification in Paralegal Studies or related field preferred.
 •  Must be willing to commute to the DC office 80-90% of the week.

This is a FULL-TIME/Salaried position with benefits and end of year discretionary bonus.
