We're actively seeking an experienced Software Engineer to become an integral part of our rapidly expanding engineering team. Currently comprised of 5 engineers, you'll collaborate closely with our technical leadership - CEO, CTO, and fellow engineers - to craft pivotal software solutions with substantial impact on both our users and business trajectory.

This role presents an exciting opportunity for an early team member to play a pivotal role in sculpting our platform from its inception.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with leadership and team members to prioritize and execute our product roadmap effectively.

Design, develop, and take ownership of complex features or software components.

Deliver code that's not only robust and scalable but also rigorously tested.

Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices, laying the groundwork for a high-performing tech team and its culture.

Work hand-in-hand with Design and Operation teams to iteratively enhance our platform's functionality and user experience.

Possess a product-centric approach to engineering, eager to engage with customers and develop a deep, empathetic understanding of their pain points to ensure we're crafting the most effective solutions.

Skills And Experience:

Minimum 3+ years of hands-on software development experience.

At least 1+ years of involvement in system design or architecture, encompassing areas such as architecture, design patterns, reliability, and scaling.

Bonus Points (Not Required!):

Prior experience in startups or thriving in unstructured environments.

Familiarity with B2B SaaS products, analytics, or constructing tools tailored for Finance teams.

Exposure to and interest in Finance, particularly within FP&A realms.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 annually
