ONSITE/REMOTE/HYBRID: 100% on site
START DATE: April/May 2024

SHIFT: 8:30-5pm EST

We are looking for an Office Manager who can play a key role in our growing organization. This individual will work as part of a team to provide support to all our divisions and will be wearing several hats at any given time. The ideal candidate is sharp, can multi-task and can provide strong customer service.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Executive administrative such as managing the President's calendar, assisting with day to day and ad-hoc business tasks, handling and maintaining sensitive business information discretely, etc.

Support the building maintenance team by being the point of contact for external vendors (electricians, plumbers, & general contractors), preserve operational records, monitor safety regulations for inspections.

Support the purchasing Team by procuring electrical and mechanical components on a daily basis, resolve issues with vendors, monitor open purchase orders, request quotes from vendors, expedite orders when appropriate, etc.

Support the customer care team being the backup to the receptionist, verify and monitor customer sales orders, answer incoming emails and calls in a fast and appropriate manner, provide updates to customers on ETA of orders, address customer complaints, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must have a bachelor's degree.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with a confident and friendly phone presence.

Ability to multi-task and switch seamlessly between unrelated tasks with efficient time-management.

Must be proficient in Microsoft office and Excel.

Ability to work in a team as well as individually.

Strong documentation and writing skills.
