Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced IT Systems Manager to lead our IT infrastructure team and oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of our organization's systems and networks. Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Systems Design and Architecture:

Lead the design and architecture of our organization's IT systems and networks, including servers, storage, networking, and virtualization technologies.

Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including system diagrams, configurations, and procedures.

Infrastructure Management:

Manage the day-to-day operation of our IT infrastructure, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving system issues and performance bottlenecks.

Implement and enforce security policies and procedures to protect our organization's data and systems from cyber threats and vulnerabilities.

Project Management:

Plan, coordinate, and execute IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and deployments.

Define project requirements, timelines, and budgets, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Vendor Management:

Evaluate, select, and manage third-party vendors and service providers, including cloud service providers, hardware vendors, and software vendors.

Negotiate contracts and service agreements to ensure cost-effective and reliable IT services.

Team Leadership and Development:

Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, including system administrators, network engineers, and support staff.

Provide guidance, training, and professional development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

5+ years of experience in IT systems management, with a proven track record of leading IT infrastructure projects and teams.

Strong technical expertise in system administration, networking, security, and cloud computing technologies.

Experience with enterprise IT systems, including Windows Server, Linux, VMware, Cisco networking, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and resources effectively.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate team members and stakeholders.
