Client is looking for a Senior Data Engineer to build out data solutions to solve various business problems.
Skills Required:
AWS and/or Azure experience.
Python
Apache Spark
Modern data platform / datawarehouse experience, such as Snowflake, Azure OneLake, etc.
• 5+ years of experience working in a senior/lead data engineering role supporting a Data Lake; experience within Asset Management or Capital Markets is a plus.
• Strong experience with working on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) (CloudFormation Templates, IAM, Aurora, EventBridge, Lambda, CloudWatch, etc);
• Experience with any relational database, SQL.
• Knowledge of real-time data streaming and real-time analytics
• Knowledge of Microsoft suite of tools is a plus (Power BI, Synapse suite of analytics tools, Azure Data Factory)
