The ideal candidate is a driven, strategic analyst with demonstrable knowledge of product development, UX/UR, web experimentation, marketing, and website analytics. They are a high output individual contributor who views themselves not only as an analyst, but as a product owner and growth partner.

Responsibilities:

 •  End to end ownership of our core analytics: visitor behavior reporting, funnel conversion, feature engagement, experimentation measurement, front-end tracking design, and product optimization
 •  Help establish a center for excellence for all experimentation across our Lennar digital activities, including lennar.com, performance marketing, and CRM
 •  Ownership of web experiment design, measurement, performance reporting and outcome recommendations for core programs roadmap
 •  Direct collaboration with leaders to execute against a shared roadmap by pairing analytics to each and every team initiative
 •  Own all things data during the implementation of changes to the website to improve customer engagement and value metrics
 •  Create and automate dashboards, reports, and other data tools to support the goals of Lennar’s product team
 •  Develop a deep knowledge of key success indicators and uphold best practices for measurement and reporting

Qualifications:

 •  6+ years of experience in product, marketing, and analytics, with exposure to both traditional and direct-to-consumer brands.
 •  4+ years of experience in web experimentation and optimization. Expertise with Optimizely is a plus
 •  Ability to take in requirements, ask smart questions, and produce high-quality actionable insights by telling a story with data and effectively communicating that story.
 •  Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
 •  Fluency in SQL is a must, as you’ll live in a SQL client, and a few other useful tools of the data trade
 •  Proactive not reactive, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
 •  Confident with learning new tools, technologies, and methodologies
 •  Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools a plus
 •  Knowledge of Python, R, and predictive modeling is a plus

Physical Requirements:

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the Lead Data Analyst to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
