Training & Development Project Assistant - Commercial Operations

Job Summary:
Medpace Commercial Operations partners with clients and Medpace internal staff to develop project financial budgets and new business proposals. Commercial Operations Training & Development supports the onboarding and continuing education of the strategic budget development teams.
Responsibilities :
• Reports to Training & Development Manager to directly partner on Commercial Operations onboarding and continuing education activities
• Oversight of operations related to onboarding educational tools, training systems and departmental communications
• Maintain department-specific trackers, calendar and templates
• Respond to ad hoc information requests
• Aid with ongoing team projects as needed with potential for interactions with departmental senior leadership
Qualifications :
• Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
• High School Diploma Required
• Minimum of 1-year experience in a business and administrative support role (open to new college graduates)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Strong multitasking ability
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
