Job Description

The Project Manager - Projects up to $50M will be responsible for:

 •  Oversee and manage all aspects of ground-up construction projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and safety guidelines
 •  Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution
 •  Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports
 •  Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with project plans and specifications
 •  Collaborate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and timely decision-making
 •  Lead and mentor a team of project staff, providing guidance, support, and direction throughout the project lifecycle
 •  Manage change orders, requests for information (RFIs), and other project documentation
 •  Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and permits
 •  Foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to enhance project success and promote future business opportunities

The Successful Applicant

The Project Manager - Projects up to $50M will have:

 •  Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred)
 •  Minimum of [5] years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on ground-up public and private projects
 •  Proven track record of successfully managing projects up to $25 million in value
 •  In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques
 •  Strong understanding of project scheduling, cost control, and contract management
 •  Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
 •  Proficient in project management software, scheduling tools, and MS Office suite
 •  Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing project requirements
 •  PMP or CM certification is a plus
