Founded in 2014, we’re headquartered in Brooklyn, NY with additional operations in Hong Kong. Back in 2018, we launched the world’s first desktop holographic dev kit and today, we are committed to helping the world’s biggest brands, organizations, and millions of individual 3D creators around the world complete their journey into the holographic future.
Our displays can be found on the desks of tens of thousands of creators around the world and our customers include the likes of Pixar, Nvidia, Disney and LVMH.

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can articulate our vision and make our technology accessible and engaging to a broader audience.

About The Role:

The Digital Marketing Specialist at Looking Glass will play a pivotal role in not just creating and managing content but also in telling the story of our product. This person will collaborate closely with our product and commercial teams to enhance the product journey and our brand through compelling content creation, delivery and optimization.

The role is ideal for a hands-on marketer who blends creative and strategic execution. You thrive in a team of builders and storytellers and can effectively scale our marketing efforts with lasting impact.

We prefer candidates local to New York, but a fully remote position is an option for highly qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:

 •  Lead the execution of a cohesive content framework that clearly communicates our technology's value, simplifies the buying journey, and enhances brand recognition.
 •  Collaborate with the product and commercial teams to ensure content alignment across various customer touch points including social, blog and web.
 •  Refine our communications cadence by setting the rhythm of our marketing efforts.
 •  Hire and manage a team of freelancers, guiding them in creating content that accurately reflects Looking Glass products and brand vision.
 •  Create and curate digital content that educates, engages, and demystifies complex technology for a diverse audience.
 •  Monitor and analyze content performance, using insights to optimize and refine content strategies for improved engagement and conversion rates.

Requirements
 •  You have 5+ years of digital marketing experience with a focus on content creation, strategy development and management across various digital platforms.
 •  You have a proven track record of digital campaign execution, demonstrating your ability to deliver measurable impact using both quantitative and qualitative data to inform your work.
 •  You have demonstrated prior ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with company goals, product clarity, and brand.
 •  You are an excellent writer, with an exceptional talent for storytelling that resonates with a wide range of audiences.
 •  You have a strong background in technology, with the ability to convey complex concepts in an accessible and compelling manner.
 •  You have excellent project management skills, capable of leading diverse teams and managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
 •  You have proven analytical skills, with a keen eye for measuring content effectiveness and making data-driven decisions to improve performance.
 •  You consider yourself a generalist, and self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You are comfortable juggling many projects at the same time.
 •  You have some experience with creator tools (video editing, image creation, etc) and feel comfortable working your way around basic design & editing tools (Figma, Premiere Pro etc.) Not required but an added bonus!
 •  BONUS 🍒 Icing on the cake would be if you love 3D, are familiar with 3D technology and tools. Not a requirement but if this is you, we’d love to hear from you!
