About The Position:

The Consumer Loan Consultant is responsible for selling consumer loans and related products in a telephone and electronic environment; perform product cross sales with every applicant contact including out-bound sales calls; and meeting individual production and performance goals.
The Consumer Loan Consultant serves as an advocate for loan applicants and follows each loan request to its successful fruition.

What You'll Be Doing
 •  Use established sales techniques with consumer loan applicants and other members during all contact opportunities.
 •  Achieve in-bound and out-bound sales, referral and production goals on an ongoing basis.
 •  Deliver complete and accurate applicant information to underwriting within established time frames.
 •  Effectively communicate loan decisions and all required information to applicants in a manner that meets established service expectations.
 •  Apply appropriate procedures and reporting requirements of the Bank Secrecy Act.

Physical Demands
 •  While performing the duties of your job, you may regularly be required to sit and use a keyboard, multiple monitors, mouse, and telephone (including repetitive motions with hands, fingers, arms, etc.) for extended periods of time. You may also frequently be required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms, bend, and kneel.
 •  You may occasionally be required to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.

Location and Travel Requirements
 •  Remote - Reno or Sparks or Carson City, Nevada
 •  Located in an idyllic small community in beautiful Northern Nevada

Compensation & Benefits
 •  The Consumer Loan Consultant has the potential to achieve earnings 2 to 3 times their base pay based on the commission structure
 •  Compensation is dependent on experience
 •  Medical, dental, and vision plans, where we cover 90% of employee costs and about 75% of the costs for their dependents
