Handle patient payments and inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
Assist with patient check-in and check-out procedures to streamline processes
Maintain electronic medical records and ensure data integrity
Manage incoming/outgoing correspondence through various channels
Perform general administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a medical or dental office environment preferred
Familiarity with medical scheduling systems or dental practice management software a plus
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on patient experience
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
