What we're looking for:
Proven experience in HR practices, particularly in recruiting, onboarding, team development, performance management, and culture building.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role or similar.
Strong understanding of HR operations and strategy within a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and relevant software applications.
Be flexible to attend meetings held between 4:30pm-7:30pm Pacific Time due to distributed team members.
