Job Description
Understanding of HPC infra with applications
Having strong understanding of Linux operating systems
HPC Application installation, configuration and profiling
Understanding of HPC Scheduler and resource managers (SLURM, LSF, PBS etc)
Program Languages such as C, C++, Python, Java or Scala
Performance Optimization
Understanding of Message Passing Interface (MPIs)
Understanding of Interconnect
Good understanding of HPC file systems (Parallet FS, NFS etc)
Work with customer on HPC migration strategy for cloud
Responsible for analyzing the on-prem HPC planform/ application /data landscape and designing the solution for Cloud migration
Taking lead in the migration activities
Provides consultation and guidance to the engineering team for the migration
Provide consultation on data modelling, hierarchy management, data flows and integration
Customer engagement with strong communication, presentation, and articulation skills.
Experience in Agile delivery
Domain Experience:
Life Sciences experience with knowledge on application/data migration to GCP
