About the Role

In order to achieve its ambition of serving 80,000-100,000 Fellows over the next decade, Braven is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Architect who will lead our team of Salesforce Developers and execute on the architecture, development, and optimization of our Salesforce infrastructure.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust Salesforce solutions that align with Braven’s mission and strategic goals.

This role is on the Systems team and reports directly to the Managing Director, Salesforce Development and Operations.

 •  Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including those on the systems, strategy, design, and engineering teams to ensure cohesive development and strategies.
 •  Work alongside Braven project scrum leaders to gather and analyze requirements for Salesforce solutions and ensure successful project delivery.
 •  Strategy and Vision (25%)
 •  Develop a comprehensive vision for our Salesforce data model and architecture in alignment with Braven’s strategic objectives.
 •  Engage internal and external stakeholders, building consensus and alignment around the architecture vision.
 •  Develop and prioritize a Salesforce roadmap that balances the overarching vision with engineering, UX, and business constraints.
 •  Establish and maintain a culture of strong documentation, ensuring that all Salesforce configurations, customizations, and processes are well-documented and easily accessible to team members.
 •  Data Architecture & Technical Solutions (25%)
 •  Execute the design and vision for innovative Salesforce solutions that align with Braven’s goals and adhere to Salesforce best practices.
 •  Provide technical expertise to define data requirements and models, with a strong focus on data security, integrity, and clean-up.
 •  Maintain a strong working knowledge of the latest Salesforce features and releases and incorporate updates into existing solutions.
 •  Other Duties as Assigned

 •  Experience in Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, etc.) preferred.
 •  Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
 •  Strong design sense when crafting data models, creating schemas that balance ease of use, efficiency, and data integrity.
 •  Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions
 •  Strong collaborative skills with a clear understanding of how data and operations contribute to organizational goals.
 •  Proven ability to lead cross-functional and strategically important projects while maintaining attention to detail in daily operations.
 •  Ability to thrive and lead multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment
